    Four things that prevent sheep from lying down:

    · Fear-- Fear of your spiritual enemy or another person?

    · Friction-- Friction with someone?

    · Flies-- Flies of life irritating and annoying you?

    · Famine-- Fear of your material needs not being met?

    What is your most dominant stress right now [fear (emotional), friction (relational), flies (circumstantial) or famine (material)]? How can you consciously let go of the most dominant stress (to relax with your shepherd?
