THE AUDITORIUM

Our spacious auditorium, covering an area of 8,000 square feet, has the capacity to accommodate up to 700 guests.

Should you opt for a seated dining arrangement, we have the ability to cater to 300 individuals using tables and chairs.

The auditorium is equipped with:

  • Cozy stacked upholstered chairs

  • Efficient heating and air conditioning systems

  • Theater-style lighting

  • Multiple screens for multimedia presentations.

Spanning across 2,262 square feet, our lobby boasts a striking feature: a series of 14-foot windows that lead out to a veranda. The ambience of this expansive area is enhanced by the presence of carefully designed architectural lighting.

Numerous visitors have taken advantage of this versatile space, employing it for intimate gatherings or as a convenient prep area for their catering needs. Feel free to explore the possibilities and let your creative ideas shape its usage. With tables, this space can host 80 guests.

It's important to note that there is no extra fee for utilizing the lobby when you rent the auditorium.

THE ANNEX

Discover the Annex, an event space designed to accommodate up to 150 guests! This exceptional venue comes complete with a securely fenced children's play area, allowing both kids and parents to enjoy the gathering worry-free.

Notably, the space is equipped with a convenient projector screen, adding an element of versatility for presentations, entertainment, or any multimedia needs. Whether you're planning a social gathering, a celebration, or a professional event, this space offers the ideal setting to cater to your needs.

OUR GREEN SPACE

Our green space includes a 12,000 square feet manicured lawn, with the Gabilan Range mountains in the background. It is further enhanced by landscaped floral borders with cascading roses in the spring, jasmine in the summer and greenery year-round.

    Should you want to host an outdoor event in our parking lot, we have 411 designated spaces for you to spread out and enjoy the temperate Salinas weather.

    Cost pertains to events held exclusively in the parking lot. There is no additional cost for parking lot when renting auditorium, annex, etc.

  • Meeting Rooms

    We have a variety of Meeting Rooms to host a meeting or an intimate gathering.

Additional Fees

  • Security Deposit is $250 (non-refundable) to hold your reservation date. Damage Deposit is $750 (refundable) and will be returned should there be no damages to the premises.

  • An SVCC host is required at each event to assist you should any needs arise regarding the facility. Cost is $40 per hour.

  • Our venue rental offers a range of amenities to enhance your event experience including audiovisual equipment and multiple projectors throughout the auditorium and lobby. Should you choose to utilize this equipment, one of our dedicated, trained staff members is committed to providing the best service. Cost is $50 per hour.

  • After your event, you will not be required to do a thorough cleaning. We will have a team come in to do that for you! Pricing is based on space rented.

  • Please inquire about security officers when you speak to one of our event coordinators.

  • Depending on your event, if you require our Auditorium stage to be altered there will be a flat fee of $150.
