Be sure to sign up in the lobby early so Joan knows how many turkeys to buy. Our guest speaker will be Todd Weatherford. He will be speaking on “How a drought led to freedom of religion in Virginia in the 1750s and 1760s....”. This will be a fun one for all of you history buffs. We will continue our Thanksgiving and Freedom theme by donating to our missionary Rose Dima who ministers to the South Sudanese refugees in Uganda. Rose leads a group of women leaders from hundreds of churches in Ugandan refugee camps. They teach, disciple, and encourage people in the faith as they help provide for their material needs.
