· Friction-- Friction with someone?

· Flies-- Flies of life irritating and annoying you?

· Famine-- Fear of your material needs not being met?

What is your most dominant stress right now [fear (emotional), friction (relational), flies (circumstantial) or famine (material)]? How can you consciously let go of the most dominant stress (to relax with your shepherd?
